1. Discovery Call
Think of this as a relaxed, no-pressure chat.
We will talk about where you are now, where you would like to be and the kind of support that might help get you there.
You do not need to have everything worked out before we speak. Come with a crystal-clear plan, a fuzzy list or a simple “something needs to change”. We are here to listen, guide and ask the right questions.
2. Matchmake
Once we have a feel for your needs, goals and working style, we will match you with the right member of our team.
That means someone with the right skills for the work, but also the right fit for how you like to communicate and get things done.
We will also prepare a proposed scope of work, so you can review what has been recommended before moving forward.
3. Introduction Meeting
Now it is time to meet your match.
This is a quick, friendly introduction with your VA, OBM or specialist support partner. It gives you a chance to ask questions, talk through the details and make sure everything feels right before we begin.
If anything needs tweaking, we can adjust it together.
4. Create a Contract
Once everyone is happy, we will formalise the support.
You will receive a clear statement of work outlining what is included, along with estimated hours and pricing.

Miffy and the core team stay close behind the scenes, checking in now and again to make sure everything is working well.
