2. Matchmake
Once we’ve got a feel for your needs, goals and working style, we’ll match you with the right member of our team – someone who not only has the skills, but clicks with you, too.
We’ll also send over a proposed scope of work so you can review everything before moving forward.

3. Introduction Meeting
Now it’s time to meet your match. This is a quick, friendly intro with your VA or OBM to make sure you feel confident and comfortable before we begin.
We’ll also take a moment to confirm the details of your support package and tweak anything if needed.

4. Create a Contract
Once everything feels right, we’ll formalise it. You’ll receive a statement of work outlining what’s included, along with estimated hours and pricing.
Once approved, we’ll pop it into a simple contract with clear expectations, no surprises.

5. Get Started
You’re in! Your dedicated team member will get in touch to agree the best way to kick things off and start making progress.

For more defined projects like social media support, web design or web copywriting, we’ll provide a project-based quote, so you’ll know exactly what to expect from the start.
