My story
I spent over two decades working for a range of companies and industries including financial services, automotive, creative, and tourism, to name a few. I provided administrational, operational and most recently project management support always with a focus of implementing or improving processes, procedures and systems to make running the business smoother and easier…but something was missing.
It was during a discussion with a neighbour about how overwhelmed she was with the administration of running her business that I realised I had a wealth of experience which I could use to support business owners, taking care of all the details and keeping them organised so they can live in the big picture and concentrate on their vision.
I still work with my neighbour. My support for her has included the creation and ongoing updates of a customer database, support with presentations and events, as well as business coaching to help her understand her goals and shape a plan to get there.
I have now also applied my skills to other businesses and organisations providing virtual administration and assistant services as well as project management. On top of this I continue to use coaching to help business owners set goals and maintain focus.
Based in Reigate, I have enjoyed networking with other local businesses whose services I can refer you to should you need something outside of my skillset.
I prefer to work remotely but am happy to meet face to face for local clients. I pride myself on being approachable, honest and proactive. I really do enjoy learning about new businesses and helping them to be their best. Seeing businesses that I have supported succeed gives me a real buzz.
